Bing Chen is a digital media pioneer and entrepreneur. He is a founding architect behind the multi-billion dollar global digital creator and influencer ecosystem as YouTube’s Global Head of Creator Development & Management. There, he was responsible for the global creator program strategy with more than 50 cross-functional business units, in addition to several groundbreaking initiatives that engaged more than 500 million content creators worldwide—from musicians to filmmakers, chefs to beauty gurus.
 
Bing has collaborated with and supported thousands of top artists including Ryan Higa, Boyce Avenue, Michelle Phan, Jenna Marbles, RocketJump and Freddie Wong, and many more. His programs have also helped supercharge the early careers of fitness star Cassey Ho “Blogilates,” filmmaker Zach King, chef Laura Vitales, video blogger Marcus Butler, activist Francesca Ramsey, and musician Lindsey Stirling.
 
Bing co-founded and co-led ventures such as the global expansion and evolution of the YouTube Partner Program; the company’s marquee talent incubator, YouTube NextUp; more than a dozen major product launches including Watch Time (the most significant algorithmic change in YouTube history and the guiding algorithm of the YouTube platform today); the YouTube Creator Institute; YouTube’s investment in major industry engagements like VidCon (the world’s largest online video convention), the DigiTour (the world’s largest digital star touring company), and YouTube FanFest (Asia’s largest creator fan festival); foundational creator support services and major creator communications systems; and programs to elevate YouTube’s top native stars to superstardom. He began his YouTube tenure as the company’s first Creator Marketing Manager and remains a trusted confidant to hundreds of creative artists around the world.
 
Today, Bing is Founder of Bingdom Studios LLC, a next generation digital media studio and strategic consultancy joint venture with MediaLink, as well as Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Victorious, a platform that powers premium subscriptions for the world’s most passionate superfan communities—-from digital stars to major film franchises. The company has raised $50 Million from Kleiner Perkins, Redpoint Ventures, Marker LLC, Lowercase Capital, A-Grade, Interwest Partners, UTA, WME, and others. Bing extends his passion for enabling others to self-actualize through several investments and advisements in leading technology and creative companies, as well.

 
Bing graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in English Literature. He is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper; One Young World Ambassador; Asian Chamber of Commerce Next Gen Leader; Committee of 100 Next Gen Ambassador; and is a member of the Streamy Awards Blue Ribbon Panel.
